The video is even better: http://www.vulture.com/2014/07/this-woman-killed-it-on-american-ninja-warrior.html
The male competitors are in awe the whole time, and even the commentators learned to stop saying, “I don’t think she can do this.”
I saw the video…..
but the video did no have this gif on the end of it.
[When Sir Patrick Stewart was asked to describe Sir Ian McKellen’s early days on the british stage]
Look at that smug face. And he’s doing a little dance!! You can see he’s victory dancing in his head xD [x]
(Ian McKellen as Hamlet, 1971. I mean, honestly.)
McKellen and Stewart’s friendship gives me life
"Fire Starters" — Vogue’s August 2014 Editorial Spread
"In the August 2014 issue of Vogue, a spread titled, "Fire Starters" was released. Photographer, Amy Leibovitz, put together a beautiful editorial feature including Julianne Moore and her daughter, Jessica Chastain, Amy Adams, Karen Elson, Madison Stubbington, and Florence Welch. Each photo has a different title to illustrate how their red hair came to be. The green "redhead friendly" colored background, strong makeup and bold fashion choices made each and every photo pop." — How To Be A Redhead
Very cool! Love this!
"In a lot of ways Piper was my Trojan Horse. You’re not going to go into a network and sell a show on really fascinating tales of black women, and Latina women, and old women and criminals. But if you take this white girl, this sort of fish out of water, and you follow her in, you can then expand your world and tell all of those other stories. But it’s a hard sell to just go in and try to sell those stories initially. The girl next door, the cool blonde, is a very easy access point, and it’s relatable for a lot of audiences and a lot of networks looking for a certain demographic. It’s useful."

even the show writers know that piper isnt as interesting
